September Invitation:  The BA Agile Mindset (Presented by: Georgena Ifill, VP of Professional Development and Training)
 
The Central Indiana IIBA Chapter is embarking on a 3-part series “BA 21^st Century Evolution, ”  designed to address the millennial evolution of business analysis in terms of mindset, leadership and future endeavors.  The first in this series is ‘The BA Agile Mindset.”  Join us for a presentation and discussion on agile in the context that it’s not a specific set of practices or techniques, but a mindset or way of thinking about work.   We’ll review The Agile Extension to the BABOK^® Guide (Agile Extension) version 2 which is the leading guide for describing the benefits, activities, tasks, skills, and practices required for effective business analysis with an agile mindset which has a constant focus on delivering business value.  So if you’re looking for a base of knowledge to enable effective agile business analysis in order to generate successful business outcomes that add real business and customer value, you won’t want to miss this one.
