Ron Ross

At his company Business Rule Solutions, LLC, Mr. Ross engages in presentations, consulting services, publications, the Proteus® methodology, and RuleSpeak®(www.RuleSpeak.com). He gives popular public seminars through www.AttainingEdge.com and www.IRMUK.co.uk.
Mr. Ross is recognized as the "father of business rules." He serves as Executive Editor of www.BRCommunity.com and its flagship publication, Business Rules Journal, and as Chair of the Business Rules & Decisions Forum Conference. Mr. Ross is the author of nine professional books, including Building Business Solutions: Business Analysis with Business Rules with Gladys S.W. Lam (2011, An IIBA® Sponsored Handbook) and the ever-popular Business Rule Concepts (2009, 1998).

David Mantica

ASPE’s David Mantica is president of the ASPE (American Society of Professional Education) Inc. the family of professional training companies. His career as a business leader in the training industry spans twenty years. As a specialist in business-to-business continuing education, David brings deep experience to roles in executive, product management, marketing and operations capacities. He has an impressive portfolio of goal-driven successes identifying market opportunities in the training sector and responding with training product development initiatives. He has led or conducted product management efforts around more than 300 training courses, delivered both as expert-led classroom programs and live online training delivered remotely. Courses developed by his firms have addressed skills gaps in a range of industries, including: the software development life cycle, many IT topics, telecommunications, finance, healthcare IT and marketing.

Aaron Whittenberger

Aaron has 28 years of business and technology experience, including 16 years of Business Analysis and 15 years of consulting experience. Considered a thought leader in the global business analysis community, he currently serves as Regional Director of the Americas Eastern Region for IIBA and Co-Chairperson of the Role Delineation Committee, responsible for the relevancy and validity of the IIBA certification program. He is the founding President of the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter in Lexington, KY. Aaron is an avid Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Blogger, Mentor, Trainer and Presenter. He is a frequent speaker at IIBA and corporate meetings and conferences in the region. Aaron is a champion for the IIBA, business analysis as a profession and the recognition of its practitioners. He earned his Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification in 2008. In his family life, Aaron enjoys family time and he enjoys a good round of golf; we'll see if he ever has one. Gary Rush

Gary Rush, IAF CPF, Founder and President of MGR Consulting, Inc., attended the U.S. Naval Academy and is a former Chair of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). He is a recognized leader in the field of Structured Facilitation and Facilitator training, managing projects since 1980, facilitating since 1983, and providing facilitator training since 1985; and continues to be the leading edge in the industry by continuing as a practicing facilitator.

Chip Neidigh

Chip Neidigh is driven to help leaders sustainably transform themselves and their organizations.  A former U.S. Marine Corps officer, he now serves as a management consultant, focusing on leadership development, conflict resolution, and disruptive organizational change.  He values servant leadership, right relationship, and the courageous truth.  His career has included consulting, teaching, coaching, and leadership roles in the Marine Corps and the private sector.  During his seven years as a Marine Officer, Chip led tank units and then served as an Assistant Professor in the Auburn University Naval ROTC Unit, guiding the growth of officer candidates and teaching courses in military history, leadership, and ethics.  He next worked for seven years at Guidant Corporation, a manufacturer of implantable cardiovascular devices, enjoying his roles in project management, business process reengineering, business analytics, and change management.  In 2006, he started Kairos to focus full-time on leadership development and change management consulting.  With advanced degrees in business and engineering, Chip combines logic and intuition to help leaders build a better future.

Michael Nir

Michael Nir - President of Sapir Consulting US LLC - PMP, Scaled Agile Consultant - has been helping clients overcome business challenges and achieve their potential for over 16 years. He is passionate about Gestalt theory and practice, which complements his civil and industrial engineering background (M.Sc. and B.Sc.) and contributes to his understanding of individual and team dynamics in business. Michael authored best-sellers on Influencing, Agile, Teams, and Leadership.

Scotty Bevill

Terrence Metz

With a Baccalaureate in Science from Northwestern University (Evanston, IL) and a MBA from NWU’s Kellogg School of Management, Metz’s professional experience has focused on process improvement, product development, and teaching the FAST Facilitative Leadership technique.  He is a founding principal partner and president at MGRUSH and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt® from Motorola University.  CRC Press (since 1798) published his book, “Change or Die: A Business Process Improvement Manual”.  He introduced the concept of holism to the field of structured facilitation as a method for keeping discussions on target and aligning deliverables within and throughout an enterprise.

Tracy Butz

Kris Taylor

Kris Taylor’s passion for developing leaders is evident in her coaching, speaking, teaching, writing and consulting work. Her 30 years work experience are rich in variety – from Fortune 200 (15 years) to non-profit (10 years) to her current success in leading K. Taylor & Associates for the past 7 years. Over that time, Kris has been blessed to work in a multitude of roles, including organizational change and development, leadership, learning, and human resources, and operations. There has been one consistent outcome, no matter the role: her ability to promote, lead and implement positive change.
Her most recent endeavor, Evergreen Leadership, is the culmination of her personal experiences and thought leadership in transformational change. It is based on her strong belief that the world is in desperate need of leaders at all levels who are effective in times of uncertainty and unrelenting change. Heather Mylan – Mains

Heather Mylan-Mains is a stimulus for change as a mom, a business analyst consultant and past President of Central Iowa Chapter and Deputy VP Chapters IIBA. Heather has worked as a Business Analyst long before there was a formal title. For the past 16 years, she has worked with a variety of project teams to identify and solve problems and challenges in the financial services and insurance industries. Her experience includes: new system development, disaster recovery, time management and expense allocation, CRM system implementation and migration, document imaging and workflow implementation, compliance projects, process mapping, process reengineering, decision analysis, strategic planning and managing diverse teams.
In her IIBA roles she uses her passion for sharing the power of the Business Analyst role and promoting the importance of that role in every business. Heather is a natural collaborator in her BA role and engages people at all levels in organizations. She has been fortunate to work through all the processes of business analysis in the SDLC and be able to participate in many roles in projects. There is no part of the RACI matrix she has not been responsible for! Heather is a B2T trained business analyst.

Liz Sundet

Liz Sundet worked more than fifteen years in the manufacturing and construction industry before moving to high tech industry and has experience in both COTS and home grown systems. Her work supports business needs through systems design, process engineering, and firm principals in business analysis and project management. Liz’s role as a User Experience manager, enables her to work with all areas of the business in designing systems that will support every department. She uses those real life examples in her role of creating curriculum and teaching classes for the Mayo Clinic and Rochester Community College in Rochester, MN. Liz holds certifications of PMP from Project Management Institute, CBAP from International Institute of Business Analysts, and CSM from Scrum Alliance. Liz uses multiple tools and techniques from all areas to aid in the use of project implementations. 

Randy Cox

Randy Cox is a Manager of Business Systems Projects at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Randy received his B.S. degree from Ball State University and is a member of both the IIBA and PMI. Randy currently manages a cross continent team of Business Analysts supporting new development projects in the commercial property & casualty insurance business sectors. Previously he worked as a Project Manager and IT Manager supporting projects in General Motors, Whittman-Hart Consulting and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Randy is passionate about staff coaching, development and client partnerships.
