Rebecca Scott is an IT Business Technologist and the founder of Vivid Spring Solutions. She has over 16 years of experience in business analysis, and has held a CBAP certification since 2013. Rebecca has spoken at AgileIndy, IIBA Chapter Conferences and at IIBA Building Business Capability conferences on topics including Business Analysis, Agile Processes, Innovation, Team Dynamics and Employee Success. Rebecca has a strong history of driving projects and innovation initiatives and has a keen eye toward continual improvement and self-development.

L.I. Rapkin worked as a consultant in computer systems quality in a variety of industries for more than 20 years, before transitioning to her current role as a Director of Quality for TCC, Inc. She has experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, insurance, education, and retail sectors. She has been a technical writer, business analyst, quality analyst, and project manager. She spend 18 months as the lead of the Business Intelligence and Analytics practice for the Indianapolis office of Sogeti USA (Capgemini Group). She is an RYT-500 yoga instructor, and leverages yoga, mindfulness and meditation to improve the human factors in quality. Ms. Rapkin lives in Indianapolis with her husband and their feline overlords.

Josh Billman loves to "build cool products" for his business partners. To do that, he combines his business-minded approach with a product management toolset. Josh "grew up" at Angie's List, starting in sales, moving to leadership roles in operations, and finally to product management. In his current role as a Business Analyst at OneAmerica, Josh evaluates the people and processes he supports, and helps identify the value of bringing a new solution (not always tech!) to their business. Kim has over 25 years' experience in the IT industry and 16+ years as a certified PMP. She holds a BS from Indiana State University in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science. She started in IT as a systems engineer and has played most roles in IT at some point (e.g. developer, tester, project manager, program manager, administrator, business analyst) with the exception of infrastructure (e.g. networks and servers).

As a PM, she has implemented a variety of solutions in financial, pharmaceutical, and industrial industries. Types of systems implemented include: custom solutions, COTS (commercial off the shelf packages), software as a service / cloud solutions, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and a global system with 22 sites going live simultaneously. She has tried and experienced most PM methodologies and tools available. While she's a tool geek at heart, she firmly believes that tools don't implement projects, people do!

Sneha Fotedar is currently working for Enterprise Automation at Huntington National Bank. She received her Master's degree in Computer Science from University of Cincinnati after receiving her Bachelor's from the University of Pune. She has a prior work experience as a mainframe developer with Tata Consultancy Services. After many years working abroad, she decided to pursue a Master's degree in the U.S. to experience a cross-cultural work environment. Her current duties at Huntington include web automation, as well as integration, system, functional and acceptance testing. Her technical focus is working with object-oriented languages and preparing training sessions to uplift her colleagues.

Andre Franklin is a proud husband, father, and Indianapolis native. In 2007, Andre married his high school sweetheart and together they have three children: Ryan, Miles, and Charleigh. Andre is a product of Lawrence Township schools, graduating from Lawrence Central High School in the year 2000. After graduation, Andre attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana, where he majored in Information Technology. Andre then went on to earn his Master's in Business Administration from Indiana Weslayan in 2014. He is an active civic leader, minister, entrepreneur and a veteran who served during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Ms. Ifill has been a practitioner in the discipline of business analysis for over 20 years in several titles. She has filled roles such as analyst, practice lead, product owner, efficiency expert, and senior advisor. Ms. Ifill has worked as a managing consultant within private industries and the federal government's Center for Information Technology (CIT) at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) through her own company, which she sub-contracted through Lockheed Martin for nearly fifteen years. She has been fortunate in her career to work on various IT initiatives ranging from the development of mainframe systems, enterprise applications, public and private-facing websites, mobile and cloud solutions; information architecture, reengineering business processes, and modeling business objects, data, rules and decisions. What she loves most about working in the analysis profession is contributing to the successful delivery of technological solutions that meet the needs of its stakeholders and helping organizations realize desired outcomes.

She previously served as the VP of Professional Development for the Central Indiana Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) -- a position she's held in the past during the formation of the D.C. Metro Chapter in 2006. When Ms. Ifill is not advocating and educating others in the practice of business analysis, she enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family and friends, and stomping her boots at the local country saloon while line dancing (a recent affinity resulting from her move to the Midwest).

Alison (Ali) Cox has experience since the mid-1980s in various areas, including business analysis, project methodology development and training, systems development (mainframe, client-server, and web), and telecommunications management. Alison began her career in the financial services area, and then moved into systems development for accounting systems. She has provided consulting and training in business analysis and project management for small companies to Fortune 500 corporations worldwide and speaks Spanish fluently. Alison is also a partner of TEMSS (Telecommunications Efficiency Management Strategies and Services), which provides telecommunications efficiency auditing and billing analysis services to clients in all areas of business across the United States. She completed her Master of Business Administration in MIS and Accounting from the University of Georgia.
