Shashank has over 30 years experience in healthcare operations and over 20 years experience in IT in the fields of healthcare and insurance. He has managed small and large projects for companies like US Oncology, Ascension, Catholic Health Initiatives, and GEICO. 

Shashank grew up in Chicago and is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and currently lives in Noblesville, Indiana. He has a wife and two sons and is an automobile enthusiast. He also enjoys auto racing, traveling and playing the violin.
