Writing Effective User Stories

Meeting Description:
As the Agile methodology is becoming more widely used in the workplace, there is  a growing need to be able to understand the basics of writing user stories that will be used as the foundation of the Agile process.  The purpose of this class is to help facilitate a basic understanding of how to write user stories.

About Melanie Nastal and Charles Dunn:
Both Melanie and Charles currently work at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.

Melanie is a Solution Architect and previously worked as a Business Analyst for ten years. Melanie earned her Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) certification in July of 2012. She also has a Master's degree in Information and Communication Sciences from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Indiana State University.

Charles is the Process & Implementation Manager and previously worked as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and a Manager of BA and QA teams. Charles received his CBAP in 2014 and has a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Science from Ball State in 2003.
