Central Indiana Chapter Meeting - November 2019

Tuesday, November 12, 2019 -
6:00pm to 8:00pm

Did you know the unemployment rate in the Indianapolis area is around 3.0% (as of October 2, 2019)?  This is lower than the national rate of 3.7%. Ref. https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/INDI918URN

Why is this important to know?

  1. If you are looking for a job that means you'll have less competition. In this environment how may you take advantage of this opportunity to move your career to the next (or another) level?
  2. If you are looking to fill an open job you'll have your work cut out for you.   In this environment how does an organization compete for limited resources?

Attend the Central Indiana International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) chapter meeting November 12th from 6-8 pm and hear Edward Brooks' answers to these very important questions. During the meeting Edward will explain why this is the most exciting time to be a Business Analyst (or any other transformative part of an organization). He will also tell us what we need to be doing NOW to maximize this opportunity.  He is going to walk us through why Robotics Process Automation (RPA) is a gateway for us and our organizations, opening doors to much, much more.

Be sure to bring your Business Analysis, Finance, HR, and also Supply Chain Management colleagues to meet and hear a global thought leader and strategist.

Anchor Point was founded in 2004 in downtown Indianapolis as a boutique consultancy specializing in Service Oriented Architecture, originally named Moongate Technologies. We launched an IT staffing division in 2007, which later became Anchor Point after the SOA consultancy was sold in 2010. Today, Anchor Point is one of the leading IT and engineering services providers in Indianapolis, Louisville, Columbus, Cleveland, and Cincinnati, with national placement abilities and consultants in 27 states.
